Conferencing at Sibuya Game Reserve
Sibuya Game Reserve offers the ultimate dream bush wedding. The entire Game
Reserve, including both camps, for the exclusive use of the bride and groom and
their guests for three days
Wedding package. 3 nights (max 50 persons)
Includes:
Accommodation: for 18 guests for 3 nights in River and Forest camp, affording
friends and family a day before the wedding to participate in the arrangements
and set up, and a day after for all to enjoy the first day of honeymoon with the
bride and groom.
Exclusive use of River and Forest camps for the wedding party.
Accommodation: for 22 guests at local B & B’s for 2 days plus transport to and
from the wedding ceremony in Sibuya Game Reserve boats and vehicles.
A boat trip and game drive and lunch with the bride and groom the day after or
the day before the reception for the 22 guests staying in the B&B’s in
Kenton-on-Sea.
Delivery of the bride and grooms’ parties, by boat, to the beach for the
ceremony if a beach wedding service is required.
A 5-course reception meal including a unique Impala spit braai for 40 guests at
Forest camp.
Music supplied by a local DJ or one-man band.
All drinks for the reception supplied at cost plus 20%
Arrangements made for Flowers, decorations, wedding cakes or any other
requirements.
Conferences
Similarly coferences can be arranged with 18 senior personel staying in the
reserve and the balance accommodated in B&B’s in Kenton-on-Sea and being boated
in daily for meetings and/or to participate in Game drives and camp activities.
